ABC recently brought\u00a0<em>Roseanne<\/em>\u00a0back and from what I\u2019m told that\u2019s going great,\u201d the host joked. His comments also follow the recent announcement that an\u00a0<em>ALF\u00a0<\/em>reboot\u00a0is in the works.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kimmel then addressed the recently rumored\u00a0<em>Frasier<\/em>\u00a0reboot. \u201cFrasier Crane isn\u2019t the only TV doctor from the \u201990s who deserves a new life. I have another one in mind who I think would be really perfect for another run on CBS right now,\u201d he said sharing a spoof of a show he hopes gets rebooted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The show Kimmel hopes to bring back\u00a0<em>is Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman<\/em>, which ran on CBS from 1993 to 1998. The Western drama series starred Jane Seymour as Dr. Michaela Quinn, a physician in 1867.<\/p>\n<p>The spoof, titled\u00a0<em>Dr. Quinn, Medicinal Marijuana Woman<\/em>, opens with 67-year-old Seymour explaining, \u201cI was a pioneer. The first woman doctor in the Colorado territory.\u201d Clips show that the reboot would take place in the same Western setting as the original series. \u201cNow I\u2019ve found a higher calling and trails are about to get blazed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Quinn is next seen at a consultation, where she gives a patient medicine that is the \u201cbest in the West.\u201d She then pours a bag full of joints onto the table and lists the variety of marijuana she can prescribe. After handing over a few joints to the patient, she says, \u201cThat\u2019s really great s\u2014t!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The spoof concludes with Quinn smoking. \u201cMy eyes are two different colors,\u201d she says as she holds up a joint and breaks into laughter.
