Hamilton out-qualified\u00a0George Russell\u00a0just five times in 24 Grands Prix, leading to a series of interviews throughout the season in which the 39-year-old lambasted his lack of speed on Saturdays.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOh, my God, I got such s*** over me saying that I thought Lewis should not be going to\u00a0Ferrari\u00a0because of what he said,\u201d said Jordan in his latest podcast episode. \u201cAnd when people say things like, \u2018I don\u2019t think I\u2019m fast enough anymore\u2019, I mean, that registers in my head.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPsychologically, I\u2019m such a person, yes I believe in talent, yes I believe in performance, and yes, I believe in speed, but I\u2019m a psychological person. I like to know what\u2019s going on inside that brain.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause I think fundamentally, what\u2019s going on in there very often gets replicated back in the job or the issues that you\u2019re doing, and whether that\u2019s driving a car, a truck, a train, a crane, it doesn\u2019t matter. It\u2019s how you approach the moment.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.images.express.co.uk\/img\/dynamic\/73\/590x\/secondary\/Eddie-Jordan-5831416.jpg?r=1734352472700\" alt=\"F1 Grand Prix of Monaco - Previews\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"text-description\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Link Content Paragraph\">\n<p>\u201cAnd do I think that this time next year, if we\u2019re both happy, and if the podcast survives that length, and I survive that length, we will all say, \u2018Jesus, Lewis was amazing!\u2019?
