Jonathan Danty, the center for France, is still upset over their loss to the Springboks in the Rugby World Cup and has not forgiven Pieter-Steph du Toit for what he sees as \u201cinjustice.\u201d<\/p>\n

The powerhouse for Les Bleus is still upset because he feels the flanker should have been sent off for a clearout that struck his head during the quarterfinal more than a year ago.<\/p>\n

Despite playing the whole 80 minutes, Danty thought that the infraction was significant enough to call for a TMO intervention.<\/p>\n

That, of course, never happened, and the Springboks won their fourth world championship with a close victory of 29-28 in the final eight.<\/p>\n

A rematch of the 2022 conflict<\/h2>\n

It just so happens that a year before that event, in a November 2022 international, Du Toit was sent off for another clearout on Danty, forcing the France center to leave the field.<\/p>\n

Danty claims that although the flanker expressed regret for the infraction, the La Rochelle star is still furious at what he believes to have been the similar kind of hit during the World Cup.<\/p>\n
