RONNIE O\u2019SULLIVAN\u2019S absence from snooker will continue after he pulled out of next week\u2019s German Masters.<\/p>\n

The Rocket was supposed to face Welsh amateur Dylan Emery on Tuesday evening in the last 64.<\/p>\n

But he will not take part in Berlin due to medical reasons.<\/p>\n

Emery, 23, will now receive a bye to the next round at the\u00a0Tempodrom in the German capital.<\/p>\n

It is unclear when the seven-time world\u00a0snooker\u00a0champion will next appear in a competitive capacity, especially as the countdown to the Crucible has now begun.<\/p>\n

It follows his\u00a0decision to withdraw from the 16-man Masters\u00a0at Ally Pally.<\/p>\n

O’Sullivan\u00a0cited \u201cexhaustion\u201d after he \u201clost the plot\u201d by snapping his cue the week before.<\/p>\n

The 49-year-old spent most of his Christmas in the Far East, playing a series of lucrative but tiring exhibitions.<\/p>\n
