But one admirer, in particular, is always eager to congratulate the tennis star: her lover Cordae. The rapper and tennis pro have been dating for years, and they had their first kid in July.

Here is everything you should know about the couple:

Cordae met Naomi at a Los Angeles Clippers game. Cordae informed HOT 97 in 2019 that he met Naomi at a Los Angeles Clippers basketball game.

But the 26-year-old had no idea who Naomi was at the time; the only tennis player he knew was Serena Williams, he admitted. “My parents watch tennis. My management follows tennis. “My uncles and aunts watch tennis, but my cohorts and I don’t,” he explained.

The two began dating secretly for a “little while,” but kept it private. However, online sleuths became suspicious when Naomi shared an April 2019 Instagram video of Cordae himself.

“Can’t take this guy anywhereeeee lol,” she captioned the image, according to Elle. Two months later, Cordae revealed the relationship on HOT 97.

“I don’t really like to go too public with my personal life…but it would be disrespectful to her if I said nah at this point,” he told the radio personalities. “That’s my girl.” The couple had their first kiss in Indian Wells, according to their joint GQ interview.

He is a Grammy-nominated rapper from Maryland. Cordae, a musician, grew up in Suitland, Maryland. He was a college student in 2017 who worked at TGI Friday’s to support himself before joining the hip hop collective YBN.

“I was miserable,” he told Billboard at the time. “That was when I really felt like a lost boy. I was miserable as fuck at work. This was in Baltimore. I was working on a Friday in Baltimore.”

He’s recorded two albums, including his first, The Lost Boy, which received two Grammy nominations (Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song).

According to People, Naomi hyped his second album From a Birds Eye View on Instagram in 2022, in a post that has since been deleted.

According to the magazine, Naomi found inspiration in watching someone’s devotion and dedication to their job through Instagram. “Makes you believe that some people are born to perform particular things.

Cordae said, “I LOVE U TO DEATH!! YOU ARE MY RIDE OR DIE, BONNIE AND CLYDE, JUST WAY MORE FLY.” Awww!
