Djokovic Might ‘play big’ at Great Wall of China

Novak Djokovic has long been seen as a wall on the tennis court. That took on new meaning on Sunday, when he visited the Great Wall of China.
In the spirit of ‘Play Big’, Lacoste held a special event at Beijing’s Ju Yong Guan Pass. Ju Yong Guan, located in the Changping district, is one of the most well-preserved passes along China’s Great Wall.
Ambassadors, celebrities, and members of the media all attended the event, which featured a tennis court. Djokovic liked hitting some balls with Chinese actor Wang Yibo.

Yibo posted on Instagram, “I’m truly proud and delighted to have played tennis with an Olympic Champion at the legendary Great Wall! Big thank you to @lacoste and Nole @djokernole! I’m already looking forward to our next match; I’ll keep practicing hard and playing big.”
Djokovic responded on the post: “It was a pleasure to play with you on the Great Wall of China. I look forward to welcoming you at one of my matches shortly.”
The Serbian star will now enjoy the Asian Swing while pursuing his 100th tour-level title.
