Gary Numan’s 45th Anniversary ‘Telekon’ Tour to visit Brighton
Gary Numan is set to bring his 45th anniversary ‘Telekon’ tour to the Brighton Centre.
The electronic music pioneer will perform at the venue on Saturday, November 22.

Celebrating the milestone of his seminal album ‘Telekon,’ Numan will be performing the classic record in its entirety, along with a selection of his greatest hits.
The tour, which is set to run through 15 dates across the UK, kicks off in Glasgow at the O2 Academy on November 11 and concludes at Liverpool’s O2 Academy on November 30.
‘Telekon’, released in 1980, marked Numan’s third consecutive number one album in the UK.
The record, known for its heavy use of guitars, strings, and synthesiser textures, was cited as an influence by Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor, who reportedly listened to it daily during the making of the album Pretty Hate Machine.
Fans can look forward to iconic tracks such as We Are Glass, I Die: You Die, and This Wreckage, along with other hits from his extensive back catalogue.
Recently, Numan announced a new live album, A Perfect Circle: Live, which captures his Intruder live show at Wembleyās OVO Arena in 2022.
The album will be released on July 25 and is available for pre-order.
Numan’s live performances are known for their energy and emotion.
In 2017, he received the Inspiration Award at the Ivor Novellos, gaining further recognition for his number two album Intruder and his autobiography (R)EVOLUTION.
This summer, Numan will play Glastonbury for the first time in his career, following a series of sold-out intimate warm-up gigs.
After an extensive USA tour beginning in September, Numan will return to the UK for his headline dates in November.
His influence on the electronic and rock genres remains significant, with his performances continuing to push the boundaries.
Tickets for the Brighton Centre performance will go on general sale on Friday, June 20, at 9am.
