SUN DONT SHINE, the newly rebranded supergroup formerly known as EYE AM, will be premiering their next single, “The Promise Song“, on January 29th. The group’s roster unites some heavy hitters in Crowbar vocalist/guitarist Kirk Windstein, ex-Type O Negative guitarist/vocalist Kenny Hickey and drummer/vocalist Johnny Kelly, and ex-Crowbar/Down bassist Todd Strange.
A music video will accompany the new track, having been shot with director Mike Holderbeast (Down, Soilent Green) at the Blue Nile In New Orleans, LA. For now, the group have put out a newly re-mixed and remastered version of their song “Dreams Always Die With The Sun” on digital service providers, which was done by Duane Simoneaux.
