An internet surfer just unearthed a clip of a young Reese giving a lecture at St. Frances. Dressed neatly in her school uniform and a sharp chin-length bob cut. Eagle-eyed admirers went deep into social media and are now introducing the world to a studious-looking Angel Reese! Usually found in her sporting clothing, the player in the X video dons a new kind of outfit to deliver a speech on her school’s qualities as she welcomes students to enroll there. But that’s not the contrast catching our eye.
Before graduating from LSU, Reese had a short spell at the University of Maryland but moved gears and came to a different institution for improved basketball opportunities. However, shortly before she was about to graduate, teammate Flau’jae Johnson’s mother had a comment to give regarding her grades.
She had intimated in a social media post that when Reese was skipping games, it was because of weak grades. “You definitely know about grammar errors when your daughter got a 2.0 or less GPA. 🤦♀️ And in fact when composing your brilliant message you didn’t capitalize nor did you use any periods. 😂” wrote Johnson’s mom.
Well, those days are clearly behind her, as the Sky player put it in an X post of her own in May, “ahhh i graduate on saturday!!! ON TIME IN MY 4 YEARS😘😘 i don’t have to get up and think about another project lmaoooo. i phoned my mommy & she running around the house so happy coz she know all the odds that were against me & she so happy it’s all gone and i can live my best life now😇💖”
